The loan started off easy then after we switched from a single family loan to a manufactured home everything went downhill. With all the issues that popped up, James raised to the challenge and was able to get everything completed on time. Great job and look forward to working with him again to refi or look for another home.

The most help part of working with you James is you being so personal. Keeping me going and fighting to get our credit cleared up. The update you email, pick up you phone when I had a questions. And I can't forget Julie she was most helpful emails and again answering my questions spot on. It was not a fun or easy experience, alot of tears emotions all over the place. Not what I want Mark to experience for a first home, we will not be moving or buying another home. Thank you for all your help, James thank you for being a friend. God Bless you all.

There are not enough 'thank yous' in the world to express how grateful Mark and I are for James and Team Whitener, Team Fairway for seeing us through a very difficult time in our finances brought on by my medical difficulties.
